Notary Public Services

We provide the services of a Notary Public of Nova Scotia to whomever requires our assistance. We strive to provide quick and cost-effective service, conveniently located in downtwn Halifax.

Our notarial services include drafting and notarizing Letters of Consent for International Travel, Affidavits and Statutory Declarations (including attached exhibits), Acknowledgments of Execution, Letters of Invitation and making certified true copies of virtually any or all types of formal documents. All of these documents should be notarized by one of our qualified Notaries Public.

We serve all of Halifax Regional Municipality, Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Lower Sackville and Halifax County. We are provide travelling services at almost any location, for an additional fee.

Our fees are dependent on the volume of the documents and the time required for their proper execution. Please consult our “Fees” section for our standard sliding scale of fees. You will find our rates are very reasonable. We further charge additional fees for emergency services, when and where required.

Fees

We charge a standard $40.00 for the first document to be notarized, but charge on a sliding scale depending on the volume of documents to be certified. We charge $20.00 for the second document, $15.00 for the third and $10.00 for each extra document to be notarized. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged on top of our regular fees at 15%.
