The fees to incorporate are as follows:

You cannot have a name that is too similar to the name of another business, otherwise the Registry of Joint Stock Companies will not allow you to incorporate using that name.

Once that hurdle is overcome (usually this only takes around a week), we can begin drafting all the other incorporating documents. If you are in a hurry to incorporate, we will do everything we can to get your incorporating documents ready for you to sign ASAP. Once we have met to do so, we will file the documents with the Registry and notify you when your company is incorporated. Then we order and put together your Company Book and Seal with the above documents and the Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Registration we’ll receive on your behalf from the Registry.

Once you are incorporated, please do not forget to file your annual report and fees with the Registry, otherwise your company’s good standing can be revoked. If you would like us to remain your Registered Agent, we would again be happy to assist with that as well.
