Certified Copies

Whether you need one or one hundred certified copies of a letter, diploma, degree, passport, certificate of citizenship, driver’s license, birth certificate, marriage certificate, etcetera, our Notaries Public can accommodate you.

Generally a certified copy is required when it is impractical to provide an original document to the party requesting it. For instance, if the Ontario Pharmacists’ Association requires your degree, passport and driver’s license for certification in that province, usually you may send certified copies of those documents instead of the originals.

Fees

We charge a standard $40.00 for the first document to be notarized, but charge on a sliding scale depending on the volume of documents to be certified. We charge $20.00 for the second document, $15.00 for the third and $10.00 for each extra document to be notarized. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged on top of our regular fees at 15%.
