Fees

We charge a standard $43.86 for the first document to be notarized, but charge on a sliding scale depending on the volume of documents to be certified. We charge $21.93 for the second document and $13.16 for each extra document to be notarized. Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) is charged on top of our regular fees at 14% (as of April 1, 2025).

We can provide travelling and emergency services to most location. Fees for such notarizations are not charged at the same scale but will instead depend on the amount of time and distance involved, but starting at $150 plus HST.

We can also assist with drafting documents where necessary, at an additional cost to the regular pricing for notarizing documents.
